There’s plenty of work to do in the Purple Zone
Flora & Fauna
The new Greater Western Australian Rainforest stretches from the city of Albany in the South-West corner up the western coast of Australia to the city of Port Headland. Somewhere between Meekatharra and Canarvon lies the contentious Purple Zone.

This outlaw region is a network of streets, retail stores and apartments. It’s like a small township that failed. Robots and humans live and work together there, but trees and vines grow and twine into buildings and across streets.

Dodos & Thylacines
The local fauna is everywhere, too. The robots brought back the Thylacine (Tasmanian Tiger) from extinction and that dog-like creature runs in packs and lives off the even more prolific Dodo bird. This long extinct, flightless bird can scale vertical surfaces and leap through the tree canopy. It is noisy and excretes profusely. It is known as the pigeon of the Purple Zone.
The Fairy Marmoset
The rat equivalent is the misnamed Fairy Marmoset.

This creature is the size of a human hand. Its own hands have an opposable thumb and thus there is no door, switch or human eyelid it can’t open. This Marmoset also has incredible speed and needs to fuel itself every one-to-two hours. Sadly, it’s also a carnivore and it eats insects, fish and Dodos.
It has been known to leap from the shadows and pluck a human’s ear from their head, which has led to the nickname “Lobe Ripper”.
